Welcome to Ram Sewa! These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our mobile application, services, website, and any related features (“Services”) provided by Ramnaam Ki Gadi (hereafter “we,” “us,” “Ramnaam Ki Gadi”). By registering for or using our Services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Definitions

  • User / Rider: A person who uses the app to request bike taxi / ride services.

  • Driver / Partner: A person or entity registered with us to provide ride services to Users.

  • Service: Transportation services facilitated via the Ram Sewa app or website.

  • Booking: A confirmed request by a User for a ride via the app.

  • Fare: The amount payable by the User for a Booking, including any applicable taxes, fees, surcharges, tolls, etc.

2. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services.

  • You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and maintain it.

  • If you are a Driver / Partner, you must hold all required valid licenses, registrations, insurance, permits etc., under applicable law.

3. Registration & Account

  • You will create an account with a username, phone number, email, or other required info.

  • You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.

  • You may not share your account. If you suspect unauthorized access, you must notify us immediately.

4. Use of Services

  • The app allows Users to book rides; Drivers accept or reject requests per availability.

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel a Booking for safety, regulatory, operational or other valid reasons.

  • Users agree to meet the Driver at the pickup location provided. Delays due to User not being ready may incur additional charges.

5. Payment & Fares

  • Fares are calculated based on distance, time, type of vehicle, surge pricing (if applicable), tolls, taxes, and other fees.

  • Payment must be made via the methods available in the app (e.g. cash, digital wallet, credit/debit card).

  • We may adjust fares or introduce new fees; we’ll inform you via the app or otherwise.

6. Cancellation, Refunds & No-Shows

  • Users may cancel a Booking within a specified time; beyond that a cancellation fee may apply.

  • If a Driver fails to show up, User may get a refund or rebooking option under terms described in app.

  • Refunds, if any, will be processed through the original payment method.

7. Conduct & Safety

  • Users and Drivers must behave in a lawful, safe, and respectful manner. No harassment, discrimination, or illegal activity is permitted.

  • Users must not bring illegal items, carry out illegal acts during ride, or damage vehicle property.

  • Drivers must maintain vehicles in safe, clean condition and comply with traffic, safety and health regulations.

8. Liability & Disclaimer

  • We act as a facilitator between Users and Drivers. We do not directly provide transportation services (i.e. we are not the carrier).

  • We are not liable for any injury, damage, loss, claim or other liability arising from accident, misconduct, unauthorized behavior by Users or Drivers.

  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited.

9. Insurance

  • Drivers / Partners are required to hold the requisite automobile insurance mandated by law.

  • Users are encouraged to verify that the vehicle has valid registration, insurance.

10. Intellectual Property

  • All content in the app, website (logos, text, designs, software) is owned or licensed by Ramnaam Ki Gadi.

  • You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or use our intellectual property without our prior permission.

11. Privacy & Data

  • We collect, store, use and disclose your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.

  • By using the Services, you consent to such collection, storage, use and disclosure.

12. Modifications to Services & Terms

  • We may modify or discontinue any part of the Services or app, with or without notice.

  • We may also change these Terms from time to time. The latest version will be posted in the app/website.

  • Continued use after changes signifies acceptance of the modified Terms.

13. Termination

  • We may suspend or terminate your account or access to the Services if you violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent or illegal behavior.

  • You may also terminate your account by following the procedure in the app.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

  • These Terms will be governed by the laws of [State / Union Territory], India.

  • Disputes should first be attempted to be resolved through negotiation / mediation. If unresolved, they may be resolved in the courts having jurisdiction in [City, State].

15. Miscellaneous

  • If any part of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the rest will remain in force.

  • These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Ramnaam Ki Gadi regarding the Services.

  • No waiver of any breach shall be considered a waiver of any other or subsequent breach.
